Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Spain, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Sweden, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Croatia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Switzerland.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs according to the shipping weight:
- Orders from 0 to 5,00 kg = 3,90 €
- Orders over 5.00 kg up to 30.00 kg + window bags/packing bags = 6.90 € from 30 kg = bulky goods / shipping on request
For delivery to German islands, an island surcharge of €29.99 will be added to the shipping costs.
For the dispatch of bulky goods (forwarding dispatch) we charge as follows:

Delivery times
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
